Request your pet’s medication by filling out the form below, and one of our team members will contact you when your pet’s prescription is ready to be picked up. All pets must have a current exam at our hospital within the past 12 months for us to refill medications. Some medications will also require the pet to be current on lab work.
All medication requests require a doctor’s approval, please allow 24-48 hours for your request to be processed. If you need immediate refill assistance or have questions about your pet’s medication, please call the office at (919) 973-0292.
