We appreciate your trust in Broadway Veterinary Hospital to care for your pet. Our goal is to provide every client and their beloved animals with the attention and care they deserve. To achieve this, it is essential that we maintain a consistent and timely schedule for all appointments. In our commitment to providing quality care and service to all clients, we recognize the importance of punctuality and attendance at scheduled appointments. When clients arrive late or do not show up for their appointments without prior notice, it can cause a significant inconvenience to other clients who may be turned away or required to seek alternative, often more costly, emergency care. We strive to respect the time of all our clients and their pets, and timely arrivals help us deliver the best possible service.
If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that you may be subject to a work-in fee or we may need to reschedule your visit for another day or time. If you need to cancel or expect to arrive late, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to accommodate all clients effectively.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it helps us maintain an efficient schedule and ensures that all clients receive the care, they need in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to seeing you and your pet soon!
Hospital Late Appointment Policy
We ask that you inform us at least 24 business hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client/patient in need and helps us maintain an efficient schedule.

1. Grace Period:
Every client is allowed a grace period of 4 to 5 minutes beyond their scheduled appointment time.
2. Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving after the grace period will be classified as late arrivals.
If you arrive late, you may be required to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to accommodate a work-in appointment.
In the event that we can work you in, a work-in/late fee will be applied to your account.
3. Rescheduling:
If we cannot accommodate you due to your late arrival, a deposit of $50 will be required to reschedule your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your next visit.
4. Surgical Appointments:
For surgical appointments, a client is considered late if they arrive 15 minutes past the start of their scheduled drop-off time.
Late arrivals for surgical appointments may face the same rescheduling and fee policies as outlined above.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
